Delivery, Returns and Withdrawal

1. Preparation and delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation and payment. Delivery in metropolitan France takes 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.

These times are indicative. Any delay cannot engage SUNAYA's liability and does not give rise to damages, except as required by law. In the event of an obvious breach, you may terminate the contract by registered mail under the conditions of Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code.

2. Delivery zones and fees

Delivery is available in metropolitan France. Fees are displayed at checkout. For delivery outside metropolitan France (Corsica, French overseas territories, European Union), please contact us at contact@sunaya-home.fr.

3. Order tracking

A tracking number is sent by email upon dispatch. You can track your parcel on the carrier's website.

4. Receipt and anomalies

Upon delivery, check the conformity and condition of the parcel. In case of anomaly (damaged parcel, missing product, breakage):

Make precise handwritten reservations on the delivery note;
Take photos;
Report the incident within 48 hours to contact@sunaya-home.fr with supporting evidence.

In the absence of reservations, the goods are deemed to conform and the carriage to be flawless.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order (by yourself or by a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, notify your decision to: SUNAYA SARL, 149 avenue du Maine, 75014 Paris, France, or by email at contact@sunaya-home.fr. A standard withdrawal form is available on request.

Return costs are at your expense, unless the product is non-conforming or defective. For bulky items (furniture, outdoor), these costs may be high; we invite you to inquire beforehand.

Returns must be made within 14 days following your notification. Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused and in their original packaging.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (cushions, mattresses, unpacked textiles, etc.);
Personalized goods or goods made to your specifications;
Goods likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.

7. Refund

In the event of valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, we refund all sums paid, including original shipping costs, within 14 days from receipt of the returned product. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another method.

8. Legal warranties

8.1 Warranty of conformity (Art. L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code)

SUNAYA is liable for defects of conformity of the good. The professional seller is liable for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery, even if they appear within a period of two years from delivery.

In the event of a defect, you may request conformity of the good (repair or replacement) or, failing that, a price reduction or termination of the contract. The procedure and time limits are those provided by Articles L217-7 to L217-17 of the French Consumer Code.

8.2 Warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code)

The seller is bound by the warranty against hidden defects of the good sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish that use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given a lower price for it.
